Tantric yoga comes to mind.
Almost anything you can do alone, you can do with a partner. Running, biking, swimming, weights, Pilates.
Start low and slow and work your way into it, and choose a variety of exercises.

Go running together, I think that is so cute when I see couples do that together! (and it dose help when you have a running Buddy)
