What is the most commonly used birth control among muslim couples?

Lets say a muslim couple have 3 kids and doesn't want to have anymore, what form of birth control will they be using? I am willing to hear from older people mostly but anyone is welcomed. Please don't provide your own opinion but real facts only.

I've been told in the Arab world the IUD is quite common, which interesting because it is the most ify Islamically. An IUD doesn't necessarily prevent impregnation, but prevents (in most cases) implantation of the fertilized ovum in the lining of the uterus. Thus, it is actually an abortifacient. In any case, I don't think there is a preferred method for Muslim couples. The Islamic position is that birth control is disliked if not forbidden, as Muhammad taught in the following hadith:

That during the battle with Bani Al-Mustaliq they (Muslims) captured some females and intended to have sexual relation with them without impregnating them. So they asked the Prophet about coitus interrupt us. The Prophet said, ';It is better that you should not do it, for Allah has written whom He is going to create till the Day of Resurrection.'; Qaza'a said, ';I heard Abu Sa'id saying that the Prophet said, 'No soul is ordained to be created but Allah will create it.';

U can safely have sex for 10 days before your next period.
