What are the limits for couples with children under the new tax rebate plan?

according to the new tax rebate plan couples who make more than 150,000 AGI the rebates will be phased out up to 174,000 dollars. However, there are notations in the articles which states the limits will be higher to those people with children. What are the actual limits and how is the phase out process going to work? What are the limits for couples with children under the new tax rebate plan?
I think this is how it works.

If you and your spouse made up to $150K then you you'll get a full $1200 ($600 for you and $600 for your spouse)

If you and your spouse made $160K then

160K - 150K = 10K. 5% for every $1K = $50 X 10 (over limit) = $500

Take $1200 - $500 = $700 this is your rebate .

If you and your spouse made $174K or more then

174K - 150K = 24K. 5% for every $1K = $50 x 24 (over limit) = $1200

Take $1200 - $1200 = 0 - you're not qualified.

If you and your spouse made $174K and have 2 kids then

174K - 150K = 24K. 5% for every $1K = $50 x 24 (over limit) = $1200

Take $1200 - $1200 = 0; however since you have 2 kids, $300 per kid (2 x $300) = $600 this is your rebate.

If you and your spouse made $200K and have 2 kids then

200K - 150K = 50K. 5% for every $1K = $50 x 50 (over limit) = $2500

Take $1200 - $2500 = ($1300); since you have 2 kids, $300 per kid (2 x $300) = $600 - still less than ($1300). You're not qualified.

I could be wrong but I think this is how it works.
