I really don't know what you are looking for exactly... but here is a website for you to look at.. it is like a one year course... I am sure both of you could enroll, but it would be actual schooling for culinary... I live in OK myself, but I really don't know where you would go... I imagine you would be wanting evening classes and to go together... so this may be a good start... they don't close until 10pm, so you both may be able to get into an evening class...
