My fiancee and I are getting married on Valentine's day and we want to go to the Carribean. Specifically Jamaca but we have heard some unpleasant storries about the current ';garilla wars'; tkaing place. If anyone has any suggestions as to where we can take a romantic honeymoon it would be greatly appreciated.Where is the best couples or adults only vacation get aways?
I'd like to mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel has become so expensive and unpleasant that it's hard to understand why people don't stay home.
Why are we crowding our highways and airports to get someplace else? Newspapers and magazines are filled with ads trying to get us to travel. They want us to go somewhere - anywhere but home.Where is the best couples or adults only vacation get aways?

Jamaica would be perfectly safe as their main industry is tourism, it's not in their best interest to allow tourists to be harmed.
Having said that I found the most amazing resort I';ve ever seen in Mexico on the Mayan Riviera. IT's new so it's still affordable but it won't be in the next couple of years. Here's the link
